How not to fix a wet basement floor
Another common cause of basement water is a non-structural crack in a poured concrete basement wall. These cracks are best repaired by injecting expanding polyurethane, and many homeowners have challenged the crack theory and requested that floor cracks be injected in a similar manner. That does not work.
